At The EVCircuit, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
You must provide a proof of purchase or order confirmation.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact us at support@theevcircuit.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
Your order number
Reason for the return
Any relevant photos (if the item is defective or damaged)
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
Personalized or custom-made products
Any item not in its original condition, or damaged due to misuse
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item:
We’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank – processing times vary.
